I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Personal Data Protection Information Notice presented to me and that I have been clearly informed about the purposes for which my personal data are processed and the legal grounds for such processing.

Under KVKK, explicit consent means consent that is:

related to a specific subject,

based on being informed, and

given freely.

Each consent statement below is independent. If I choose not to provide consent, this will not prevent me from benefiting from the core services provided by HOTELSURF (such as reservation, payment, and the performance of the contract).

3. Explicit Consent for Marketing and Promotional Activities
I hereby freely declare that I accept the following:

My name, surname, email address, and contact information may be processed by HOTELSURF for the purposes of:

conducting campaigns, discounts, promotions, and marketing activities,

creating offers tailored specifically for me, and

providing information regarding services and products.

I give my explicit consent to receive commercial electronic communications via email and other electronic communication channels.

4. Explicit Consent for Analytics, Performance Measurement and Service Improvement
For the purposes of:

analyzing user behavior on the Platform,

measuring performance, and

improving and developing services,

I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data obtained through cookies and similar technologies.

5. Explicit Consent for International Transfer of Personal Data
Within the scope of HOTELSURF's international online hotel sales activities and for the purposes of:

carrying out accommodation reservations,

processing payments, and

providing technical infrastructure, IT, and support services,

I give my explicit consent to the transfer of my personal data to:

accommodation providers,

banks and payment service providers, and

technical infrastructure and IT service providers

located in European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and/or other countries outside these regions.

6. Consent for Commercial Electronic Communications
Within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce:

I accept and approve that commercial electronic communications may be sent to me and that I am aware that I may withdraw this consent at any time.

7. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent
I acknowledge that I may withdraw my explicit consent:

at any time, and

without providing any justification.

I understand that withdrawing my consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

8. Entry into Force
This Explicit Consent Statement shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by me.
