Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and modification conditions may vary depending on the accommodation property and the selected room rate type.

If the reservation includes a free cancellation option, it may be cancelled without any charge until the final cancellation date specified during the booking process. Cancellations made after this date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For non-refundable reservations, the reservation amount is collected at the time of booking and no refund is made in case of cancellation or modification.

If the accommodation property cancels the reservation due to unforeseen reasons, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method used.

The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider and may take several business days.

Some properties may apply city tax or additional local charges. These fees may be collected directly by the property during check-in or check-out.
